Little Baby

Oh little baby nested in your mothers womb

Safe from harm and hurt, only if this could be true

Waiting to be born but not to live long

How I hope it could be different a situation

That you'd be here forever and a day

Live long my son, love strong my one

Tomorrow's Child

When the pain and hurt goes away

There will be a sunlight path

One which will take you where you want to be

For you are tomorrows child

Free from the bindings that hold us

Happy in the knowledge of love

Which is passed to you from us

Yesterday's Tears

Like long shadows from our soul

We live in the eternal glow

One of hope and promise

Where we may find our solace

I'll hold your hand through the forest

Capturing glistening angel sounds

And the beating of our hearts out loud

Passing all the tender years

And being at peace with all our fears

Hiding all of yesterdays tears

The Moment I Heard

From the moment I heard that you were there

To the moment that you return home

I look forward to time with you

You have touched my heart

You have caressed my soul

Knowing that you are my son

Will always be the greatest honour I can ever have

Whilst you are in your mothers womb

I vow to look after you both

Although the journey ahead will be hard

I know all three of us will make it to the end

Knowing that love will carry us through

Along this long and rocky road

Time Fades

Time fades most memories

But they are all I have

Whilst you are sleeping

I am awake

How I long to hold you

How I long to feel

Only in my dreams

Can these things be done
